We are committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item and most non-defective items, provided that you return them in the same condition in which you received them (must NOT be washed or cut, no cigarette or other odors, etc). Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Due to copyright issues Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable.

All Sales from Special Orders are FINAL; NO Returns are accepted.

Incorrect or Defective Items
We stand by our products and service. If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item.

Change Your Mind?
If you receive something and decide you don't want it after all you may return it and we will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included).

If it is a cut-to-order piece, we charge a restocking fee of 15%.

Important: We are not liable for items lost during shipping so please insure all items returned or exchanged.
